The SANAWALL system is basically composed of:

  • base coat,
  • plaster,
  • smoothing,
  • colored finish,

according to a manufacturing technique that, since ancient Rome, provided for this succession of materials for reasons related to the correct maturation of the binders and the physical-chemical balance of all the components of the system.

The durability of this plastering/finishing technique is easily verifiable: just look at the thirty-year examples of construction sites built with SANAWARME and its complementary products, applied according to the above-mentioned principle of layering, touching their longevity and comparing it to others heat-insulating coating systems.

The products constituting the stratigraphy of the SANAWALL system are represented by the “plaster body” (base coat, thermo-plaster and smoothing coat) up to the fixative:

Thermal coating plaster, macroporous, with high thermal and acoustic insulation, average density equal to about 420 kg/m³, based on hydraulic lime, expanded perlite, granulated cork and specific and anti-saline agents, for dehumidification, thermal and hygrometric recovery of buildings and walls in ecological building interventions, new buildings and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. Specific for applying "mineral coatings". Guaranteed performance mortar / plaster with specific insulating properties according to UNI EN 998/1: class T1 (maximum thermal insulation class).

SANASTOF

Premixed mineral composition based on natural hydraulic lime, micro-silicas with pozzolanic activity, selected aggregates, high tenacity microfibres, lightweight heat-insulating low elastic modulus aggregates. It is used for smoothing and levelling, both indoors and outdoors. It is perfectly compatible with multiple supports: lime-based plasters, lime-cement, cement mortars, concrete, porous stone, bricks. Its characteristics make it particularly suitable in ecological building works and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. The maximum particle size of the aggregate is 0.9 mm.

ARMAGLASS 160

Anti-cracking reinforcement mesh, made of alkali resistant fibreglass yarn, for the best distribution of tensions and to avoid shrinkage cracks caused by changes in temperature, due to lack of planar homogeneity etc. They are available in 3 different types: the 160 g/m² version, with a 4.0x4.5 mm square mesh, perfect for reinforced screeds. The standard roll is 1.10 m in height by 50 m in length.

… and with the finishes chosen on the designer’s recommendation according to the desired aesthetics and performance: the SANAXIL P THERM potassium silicate paint or the PROTECH SIL P THERM siloxane paint, or the SANAXIL I THERM potassium silicate plaster or PROTECH SIL I THERM siloxane plaster, all highly breathable finishes and formulated with hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble) with a very high reflectance index SRI:

Stabilized potassium silicate paint, thermo-reflective with chemical adhesion, with excellent covering power (class 1 according to EN 13300 for a yield of 6/7 m2/l). Formulated with polymeric dispersion in saponifiable matter, hollow spheres, pigments and inorganic fillers and additives in a content that guarantees the fulfilment of physical parameters such as: permeability, water repellency, CO2 diffusion, etc.

SANAXIL P - THERM

Stabilized potassium silicate paint, thermo-reflective with chemical adhesion, with excellent covering power (class 1 according to EN 13300 for a yield of 6/7 m2/l). Formulated with polymeric dispersion in saponifiable matter, hollow spheres, pigments and inorganic fillers and additives in a content that guarantees the fulfilment of physical parameters such as: permeability, water repellency, CO2 diffusion, etc.
