The SANAWALL system is basically composed of:

  • base coat,
  • plaster,
  • smoothing,
  • colored finish,

according to a manufacturing technique that, since ancient Rome, provided for this succession of materials for reasons related to the correct maturation of the binders and the physical-chemical balance of all the components of the system.

The durability of this plastering/finishing technique is easily verifiable: just look at the thirty-year examples of construction sites built with SANAWARME and its complementary products, applied according to the above-mentioned principle of layering, touching their longevity and comparing it to others heat-insulating coating systems.

The products constituting the stratigraphy of the SANAWALL system are represented by the “plaster body” (base coat, thermo-plaster and smoothing coat) up to the fixative:

 

 

UNTERSANA

With the addition of mixing water only, this single-component premix creates a breathable, dehumidifying rough coating, preparatory to the application of restorative, dehumidifying, thermal-insulating and anti-condensation plasters, specifically INTOSANA, SANATIGH, SANAWARME and CALEOSANA, being plasters designed specifically for the healthiness of new buildings, existing buildings, works on green buildings and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings.

UNTERSANA

With the addition of mixing water only, this single-component premix creates a breathable, dehumidifying rough coating, preparatory to the application of restorative, dehumidifying, thermal-insulating and anti-condensation plasters, specifically INTOSANA, SANATIGH, SANAWARME and CALEOSANA, being plasters designed specifically for the healthiness of new buildings, existing buildings, works on green buildings and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings.

SANAWARME

A thermal, external-coating macroporous plaster with high thermal and acoustic insulation, it has a base of natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, natural hydraulic binders with low soluble salt content and low environmental impact, botticino marble, kaolin, calcium casein, Vichy salt, calcium carbonate, tartaric acid, ammonium salts, expanded perlite, cork powder, natural fibres along wth specific and antisaline agents for the dehumidification, thermal and hygrometric restoration of buildings and masonry, in green building works, for new constructions and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings. Specifically for applying “mineral coatings”. A mortar/plaster with guaranteed performance offering specific insulating properties pursuant to UNI EN 998/1 – Class T1 (the top thermal insulation class). Thermal conductivity certified pursuant to UNI EN 12664.

SANAWARME

SANASTOF

A premix with a composition of breathable minerals for dehumidifying, with a base of natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, microsilicas with pozzolanic activity, selected aggregates, high tenacity microfibres and inert light unit weight thermal-insulating aggregates with a low elastic modulus. It is used for skimming and smoothing, both indoors and outdoors. This product is perfectly compatible with multiple substrates: lime-based plasters, lime cement, cementitious mortars, concretes, porous stone and brick. Its characteristics render it particularly suited to green building works and for restoring historic and monumental constructions. The maximum grain size of the aggregate is 0.9 mm.

ARMAGLASS 160

Anti-cracking reinforcement mesh, based on alkaline-resistant fibreglass fibres for better distribution of tension and to prevent cracks from shrinkage, deriving from temperature variations, planar inhomogeneities, etcetera. With a weight of 160 g/m2 and a 4 x 4 mm square mesh, ARMAGLASS 160 is the ideal fibreglass mesh for creating reinforced skim coats.

Stabilized potassium silicate paint, for interiors and exteriors, heat-reflecting with chemical adhesion, with excellent hiding power (class 1 according to EN 13300 for a yield of 6/7 m2 / l). Formulated with unsaponifiable polymer dispersion, hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble), pigments, inorganic fillers and additives in such a content as to ensure compliance with physical parameters such as: permeability, water repellency, CO2 diffusion, etc.

SANAXIL P - THERM

Stabilized potassium silicate paint, for interiors and exteriors, heat-reflecting with chemical adhesion, with excellent hiding power (class 1 according to EN 13300 for a yield of 6/7 m2 / l). Anti-condensation, elastic, sanitizing, heat-reflecting paint, with hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble), ideal for both external and internal facades, based on siloxane resin in emulsion, with high permeability to water vapor and with excellent covering power. Recommended as a breathable, water-repellent protective finish for macroporous dehumidifying plasters (SANATIGH, SANAWARME, CALEOSANA).

PROTECH SIL P - THERM

Anti-condensation, elastic, sanitizing, heat-reflecting paint, with hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble), ideal for both external and internal facades, based on siloxane resin in emulsion, with high permeability to water vapor and with excellent covering power. Recommended as a breathable, water-repellent protective finish for macroporous dehumidifying plasters (SANATIGH, SANAWARME, CALEOSANA).

Smoothed mineral coating for interiors and exteriors with potassium silicates with chemical adhesion, anti-condensation, insulation, mould resistant, thanks to the addition of hollow glass spheres. SANAXIL I - THERM due to its mineral nature with chemical adhesion, revolutionizes the concept of adhesion to the support, penetrating deeply into the pores of the wall to then react with its components and form a unique and indissoluble "silicating" whole. With a final appearance similar to civil plaster.

Spatulated nanotechnological wall coating for interiors and exteriors, anti-condensation, elastomeric, sanitizing, thermal insulator, formulated with hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble), heat-reflecting based on siloxane resins in aqueous emulsion with high permeability to water vapor, with a similar final appearance to the civil plaster. It allows the creation of thermal insulation with the obvious advantages of recovering the thermal mass from the walls and eliminating bridges and thermal changes in buildings.

PROTECH SIL I - THERM

Spatulated nanotechnological wall coating for interiors and exteriors, anti-condensation, elastomeric, sanitizing, thermal insulator, formulated with hollow glass microspheres (3M Glass Bubble), heat-reflecting based on siloxane resins in aqueous emulsion with high permeability to water vapor, with a similar final appearance to the civil plaster. It allows the creation of thermal insulation with the obvious advantages of recovering the thermal mass from the walls and eliminating bridges and thermal changes in buildings.
