APPLICATION ON EXISTING PLASTERWORK

  1. Substrate preparation: The substrate must be: stable, dry, clean, free of dust or detachments.
  2. Installation of the SANAWOOL insulating mat with SANAKOLL breathable hydraulic lime-based adhesive;
  3. Levelling: correction of the surfaces and checking of the continuity of the insulating mat
  4. Reinforced skim coat
    – first SANAKOLL skim-coat layer
    – installation of the ARMASANA JUTA 105 reinforcement mesh;
    – second or third SANAKOLL skim-coat layer
  5. Final finish: application of breathable finishes compatible with green building systems (PROTECH SIL I-THERM siloxane fine render for external microcladding or SANAXIL P – THERM potassium silicate paint for internal microcladding.
